Where do you guys train, anyway?

[And after a few minutes of that -- WITHOUT WANDERING HANDS, NO -- he lets go] S'not much, but relaxed muscles are always more elastic than tense ones, and you can get more out of 'em.

[Now with less molester than your average thigh-rubbing!] Yeah, they've probably been like that for a while. You wouldn't notice unless they tensed to the point of pain.

Well, anything you do to stay relaxed will help you stay relaxed. Making sure to have a proper warm-down period, not letting your body change temperatures too fast, things like that'll help.

Okay! You're in pretty good shape overall anyway, but it can't hurt to do what you can to get the best out of your legs.
