Yeah, I thought you might. They should still be done, though; the glutes control the rising motion from the crouch you're in when speed-skating. Is there anyone you can trust to do it?

As a doctor I'd advise against letting it go with the rest of your legs suffering strain already, but in the end it's up to you.

You got a point there. This kind of thing isn't really about what you can handle, though; it's about supporting what you've got so you can push yourself further.

Yeah, thing about the human body is it's all connected. If your legs are sore, your back'll be sore, your neck'll be sore. If you're stressed out about something, you'll get tired more easily so your legs'll get more sore... I'm gonna see if I can get your back feeling a bit better, because that'll probably help you push yourself more.
