The sudden change is doubtlessly jarring. What is your opinion on the temporary nature of your parting, though?

Hard to believe? I've been here just about two years -- in about two weeks's my annniversary.

Are you one of those who believe that people arrive and depart here for a reason or do you think it to be more of a matter of pure chance?

I have developed such a deep hate for time-travel.

What is your opinion regarding time travel and the potentiality of the alteration of the future?

I don't think about it.

I have attempted that but, personally, found it only to work in the short-term. It is a troubling subject when there possibly are lives at stake.

I've managed not to think about it for about two years now.

That is a talent that I do not possess.

Well, it goes like this. "If I'm changing things, there is jack-all I can do, so let's just assume it'll work out somehow."

I am aware of that train of thought; reconciling myself to it is a different matter.

In full truth, it is not a something that causes me great distress. It has simply been on my mind, as it was something that I had discussed with one of the counselors who recently left. Additionally, it has been a long while since there have been any departures that I have found to be personally affecting.

Getting lonely?

Remaining homesick? Yes. Getting increasingly frustrated? Yes. Getting lonely? No.

Well, I guess that's something.
