Well, yeah, something like 'Ewww! Girls!' wouldn't really be very manly. Or, uh, very "over six years old", but.
Okay, so if I asked you, "Hey Kazu, what do you like in a man, huh? What kind of guys do you go for?" would you be able to answer and feel manly?
